We ship our garments from Barcelona to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla, and selected EU countries.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping thresholds (applied automatically at checkout):

Mainland Spain / Balearic Islands / Portugal: free shipping on orders over €120

European Union (EU): free shipping on orders over €170

Ceuta & Melilla: free shipping on orders over €170

Canary Islands: free shipping on orders over €210
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Production time ranges from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the type of garment.
Shipping times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. As a reference:

Returns
Many of our pieces are made to order and may include personalised details. For this reason, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure or customised garments, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or there is an order error.
For non-customised items, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags are attached (items without tags are considered used and non-returnable).

The item is returned with the original packaging (in the best possible condition, including tissue paper and protective elements).
To start a return, email hola@laguillot.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return fees (DHL ServicePoint)
Returns are handled via DHL ServicePoint. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a DHL return label and instructions. Simply drop the parcel at your nearest DHL ServicePoint.
A return fee is deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved:

No return fee applies in the following cases:

Atelier Care
LAGUILLOT Atelier Care is our atelier aftercare service for alterations, maintenance, and wear-and-tear repairs (outside the legal warranty). A piece made with intention is made to last—and to be worn again and again.
Subject to feasibility, Atelier Care may include alterations (hems, straps, small fit adjustments), wear repairs (reinforcements, small seam repairs, replacements due to wear such as a zipper), and bags/accessories care (hardware adjustment or replacement, reinforcement of stress points like handles/hooks, re-stitching, and a general refresh).
If the work doesn’t require any extra parts or materials, labour is complimentary. In all cases, you only cover round-trip shipping (to and from the atelier). If extra parts/materials are needed (hardware, zippers, components), we’ll confirm a quote in advance before any work begins. Any intervention requiring additional parts, materials, or components is not covered by complimentary Atelier Care, and the cost is always confirmed before proceeding.
Legal warranty
The applicable legal warranty applies if your piece shows a lack of conformity—a manufacturing, material, or construction defect—under normal use.
The legal warranty does not cover issues resulting from wear or misuse, including natural wear (friction, pilling, colour fading from repeated washing, rubbing marks, normal ageing), incorrect care (not following care instructions such as temperature, bleach, tumble drying, or non-recommended products), misuse/accidents (snags, pulls, force-related tears, impacts, stains from external chemicals, overloading, unplanned exposure to heat or water), or third-party alterations (repairs or modifications done outside our atelier that affect the construction of the piece).
