All our womenswear garments are made to order in our atelier in Barcelona. Once your purchase is confirmed, we begin crafting your piece exclusively for you.

Yes. If you’re in Barcelona and would like to visit our atelier for a fitting, consultation, or custom project, send us an email athola@laguillot.comand we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Production takes approximately 2 to 10 business days, depending on whether you’ve ordered a garment or an accessory.

To this, you’ll need to add the shipping time:

* 24 to 48 hours in Mainland Spain

* 4 to 10 business days within the EU

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship from Barcelona to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla, and countries within the EU.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Many of our pieces are made to order and may include personalised details. For this reason, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure or customised garments, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or there is an order error.

For non-customised items, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  
• All original tags are attached (items without tags are considered used and non-returnable).
  
• The item is returned with the original packaging (in the best possible condition, including tissue paper and protective elements).

We accept returns only on non-customised items, within our return policy terms. Made-to-measure or personalised garments are non-returnable, as each piece is crafted exclusively for you.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with an order error, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before purchasing, and you’re always welcome to reach out with any questions, we’re here to help.

To start a return, email hola@laguillot.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a DHL return label and instructions. Simply drop the parcel at your nearest DHL ServicePoint.

Return conditions (non-customised items only):

No return fee applies if the item arrives defective, damaged, or there is an order error.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, we recommend the following care instructions:

* Hand wash in cold water (below 30ºC)

* Do not bleach

* Iron at low temperature (max 110ºC)

* Hang to dry

* Dry cleaning is recommended for optimal results
