Before You Order

How do orders work?

All our womenswear garments are made to order in our atelier in Barcelona. Once your purchase is confirmed, we begin crafting your piece exclusively for you.

This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce waste and embrace a more sustainable, artisanal, and conscious way of creating fashion.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes — if you’re looking for a custom piece or want to adapt an existing design, we’d love to hear from you.

Write to us at hola@laguillot.com and tell us about your idea — we’ll let you know what’s possible and guide you through the process.

Can I book an appointment at your studio?

Yes. If you’re in Barcelona and would like to visit our atelier for a fitting, consultation, or custom project, send us an email at hola@laguillot.com and we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes — you can consult our size guide for all womenswear garments.

You’ll find it available on each product page to help you select the most accurate fit.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you choose the ideal size for your body and fit preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments by debit and credit card through our online platform.

All transactions are encrypted to ensure your data is protected.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Production takes approximately 10 to 20 business days, depending on whether you’ve ordered a garment or an accessory.

To this, you’ll need to add the shipping time:

* 24 to 72 hours in mainland Spain

* 4 to 10 business days for the rest of Europe

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship from Barcelona to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and selected European countries.

Do you ship outside Europe?

At the moment, we only ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and selected European countries.

If you're located elsewhere and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to explore a custom solution for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Aftercare

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on made-to-measure or customized garments, as each piece is created exclusively for you.

However, non-customized items may be returned under certain conditions. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to help.

Can I return a made-to-order or custom piece?

We only accept returns on non-customized items, and only in cases of a defect or order error.

Returns are not accepted for made-to-measure or personalized garments, as each piece is crafted exclusively for you.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before purchasing, and you're always welcome to contact us if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

How do I return a non-customized item?

If your item is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

* Email us at hola@laguillot.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

* Make sure the item:

· The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — unless it arrived damaged due to a production or shipping issue on our end.

· All original tags must be attached. If you remove the tags, the item is considered used and non-returnable.

· The original packaging must be included. We understand that it may have been opened, but we ask that it’s returned in the best possible condition, including any tissue paper or protective elements, to help us preserve the quality of the piece.


* Choose your preferred courier and ship the item to the return address we’ll provide once your request is approved.


* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:

· The item is defective.

· There was an order error.

· The item arrived in poor condition.


Important: Returns sent with unpaid postage (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.

How should I care for my garment?

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, we recommend the following care instructions:

* Hand wash in cold water (below 30ºC)

* Do not bleach

* Iron at low temperature (max 110ºC)

* Hang to dry

* Dry cleaning is recommended for optimal results

Always treat your garment with care — each piece is crafted with intention and detail.
