Shipping
- We ship our garments from Barcelona to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and selected European countries.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over 500€
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Times
- Production time ranges from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the type of garment.
- Shipping within mainland Spain takes between 24 and 72 hours.
- Shipping within the rest of Europe takes between 4 and 10 days.
Returns
At LAGUILLOT, many of our pieces are made to order and finished with personalized details, which is why we do not accept returns on made-to-measure or customized garments.
However, if you purchased a non-customized item and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

Send an email to hola@laguillot.com within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare the item under the following conditions:

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — unless it arrived damaged due to a production or shipping issue on our end.

All original tags must be attached. If you remove the tags, the item is considered used and non-returnable.

The original packaging must be included. We understand that it may have been opened, but we ask that it’s returned in the best possible condition, including any tissue paper or protective elements, to help us preserve the quality of the piece.

Use your preferred courier to send the package to the return address we’ll provide once we approve the request.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

Item received in poor condition
